Many things can effect our health without us realizing it. It can be stress, anxiety, self-pity, and other negative emotions. Negative emotions will actually cause stress and anxiety which in turn will open doors to many health issues as in high blood pressure, ulcers, fatigue, and decreased immune systems, etc…By not managing your state of mind, you can and will create unnecessary illness for yourself. Even feeling sorry for yourself is a huge target that can expand into many different areas of negative emotions, thus creating even more pathways for illness to enter your body. Stop wallowing in self-pity, it’s an excuse which prevents you from reaching your full potential. Learn to recognize your state of mind, and if it is in a lesser state than that of calm, peaceful, and happiness, then it is time to change it, and you are the only one that can change your state of mind. You are the one that has full control of your mind, so suck it up buttercup and be happy, find yourself living a full life filled with overwhelming joy that you are in charge of, and entitled to!
